ATTENTION "THE MINGLE" 2022 FUTURE GUESTS. CLICK HERE for the "meat and potatoes" of The Mingle event. That main page is all about who's invited and how, skill level required, invites for past industry guests, invites for new attendees, and our featured charity. The details below are ONLY pertaining to The Mingle 2022.
The Mingle 2022 will be held at the Pickens County Sportsman's Club (click here for club info, ranges, towns to stay in, etc.) in the beautiful North GA Mountains. Just wanted you to know that even if our Dahlonega range is up and running by May 2022, we still feel like we have "outgrown" just using one range. We are looking forward 2 full days and running 2 live fire classes and 1 classroom presentation AT THE SAME TIME. We will "red robin" it and everyone will get to train in each 3 hour block! WHOOOOT! Our sponsors are still covering half of your registration fees so it will ONLY BE $270 per person for the entire weekend!! We will provide lunch, snacks and water. Oh, they are also covering all range fees and ammo to shoot during the HK live fire block !
REGISTRATION FOR THE MINGLE 2022 WILL BE OPEN ON JANUARY 5TH, 2022. Please make note that the refund policy is simple. There are no refunds. Thank you.

We are so very happy to announce that The Mingle 2022 has a NEW HOME. It will be held in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains at the Pickens County Sportsmans Club. HUGE HUGE thank you to Steve, Chris, and the PCSC Board for making this happen!
PCSC is located in Talking Rock, GA (Jasper address) and is an OUTSTANDING facility with kind, generous and helpful Board and members. 739 Old Jones Mountain Rd Jasper, GA 30175 Check out their layout. We will be occupying 3 ranges and the clubhouse for The Mingle 2022. We will have 3 designated parking areas, covered areas on each range, bathrooms w indoor plumbing, excellent classroom, and so much more! Please make note that each block/range will already have a medical protocol, primary and secondary medical responders, and transport vehicles in place. Review TM22 Training Blocks for details. |
The Mingle 2022 Projected Schedule
Saturday, May 21st, 2022:
Sunday, May 22nd, 2022:
- Arrive 8:00am to get parked (designated areas) and then head to the 25 Yard Pistol Bay (E) to get registered, get your free raffle tickets, name tag and your weekend training schedule. I assume range E is clearly marked but if not, it is the the range right next to the Club House. You will see all the tables and canopies.
- 8:45am-9:30am EVERYONE needs to be the 25 Yard Pistol Bay (E) BY 8:45am for opening statements, medical response plan, and safety protocols. You MUST be registered by then and present for the morning meeting or you will not be able to participate in any live fire blocks.
- Report to your training block
- 9:45am - 12:45pm 3 hour training block
- 12:45pm-2:00pm EVERYONE needs to go to the 25 Yard Pistol Bay (E) to grab their lunch
- Report to your training block
- 2:15pm - 5:15pm 3 hour training block
- 5:30pm-6:00pm EVERYONE needs to be at the 25 Yard Pistol Bay (E) for The Mingle's Day 1 closing statements and announcements
- Day 1 can run as late as 6:30pm

"The Mingle" HASHTAG Photo Contest: TAKE PHOTOS on the way TO the event, DURING the event and on the way HOME from the event and upload them to social media using #TheMingle22 by Tuesday 8pm. We will pick our favorite #photo on Monday and contact the WINNER via email and social media. We will mail your PRIZE to you that week!

- Your nominee MUST meet The Mingle's Skill Level requirements:
- The Mingle will require you to have safe gun handling skills
- You need to be able to follow directions from our coaches
- You need to have experience working from a holster
- We run a "hot" range and follow guidelines based from Jeff Cooper's 4 rules of gun safety aka lifestyle rules
- The person you nominate needs to know that you are entering their name and be prepared to attend TM if they win.
- We will have a few Team Mingle ladies decide who the winner of TM scholarship will be. They will actually pick 3 people and will give the names to me based on top pick, second pick and third pick. We will do this in case the top pick can't make it. I will help organize but I will not have any vote on who receives this gift. After Team Mingle tells me who they choose, I will jump in again with admin duties.
- On April 15th I will announce the winner in the private FB Group
- Once the winner is confirmed, I will announce on all public social media outlets
