tool cycling
1 Day course

This course is intended to fill in the gap in learning how to make decisions on which TOOL to use when confronted with a situation that may need more of your attention or even an ACTION. From the time that a bad guy chooses you, you will have a very limited amount of time to make a decision. THEY choose how and when. Your actions need to be confident, quick and decisive. This course is very popular for groups, clubs, team building, couples only, etc.  Please contact us to set up a custom/private Tool Cycling class.

You have made the decision  it is GO TIME....now WHAT? Our goal in this 1 day course..............
  • Verbal commands
  • Walk way? Run?
  • Make space which increases TIME
  • Making decisions to use OC/Pepper Spray (we recommend Sabre Red and POM Industries), to shoot or even run!
  • Lethal verses nonlethal options
  • Escalation of force
  • Retention. Compression. Extension; distance relative
  • How to draw your weapon in different positions....cars (with and w/o a passenger), sitting and different ground positions.
  • Scenarios with "actors"
  • NO COMBATIVES or close quarter work

This class requires YOU TO BRING:
  • Wear your "street clothes" with comfortable shoes
  • Concealment garment is required
  • GOOD BELT
  • Hydration
  • OPTIONAL: BlueGun/Inert/Practice gun with holster. If you dont have one then borrow ours.

Prerequisite: NONE:
We welcome ages 17 (with a parents consent when applicable) and UP!

You will register/pay for courses online. Keep the receipt, payment is your first confirmation.  Your second and official confirmation from me will arrive via email about a week prior to class (check your SPAM). Please arrive to class 30 minutes early to complete waivers and registration.

You have MANDATORY PRE-HOMEWORK!
Below is a  LINK is to an item we will be working with in class. We have found that your experience, your subject retention, and your REACTION TIME is MUCH BETTER when you do a little prep before class. Please do your homework and familiarize yourself!
  • Sabre Red or POM OC Spray and trainer (we will use a "mock" spray)

After class, you will receive a Certificate of Completion in person or via email.
